ParikshaLab sells access to online practice tests for competitive exams on this website. The ParikshaLab Test Bundle costs ₹400 including GST, paid once through Razorpay.
The bundle is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, so it is a one-time, non-refundable purchase, and orders cannot be cancelled once paid.
The only exceptions: if you were charged but did not receive your login, or were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will either deliver your login or refund the duplicate or undelivered payment to the original payment method within 7 working days.
If a payment fails but money is deducted, your bank or Razorpay normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days.
Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment, your login details are emailed to the address you entered, usually within a few minutes, and the tests appear in your account straight away at test.parikshalab.in/login/. If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
We collect your name, email address and mobile number to create your account and send your login. While you take a test we store your answers, the time spent on each question, anti-cheating events, and your IP address and browser type.
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment page and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only the Razorpay order and payment reference numbers.
We use your details only to provide the tests, send your login and receipts, and answer your queries. We do not sell or share them with anyone except as needed to process your payment or when required by law. To have your account deleted, contact us.
